Wires that showed any aging or were replaced after testing were marked with P/N+”R”. Wires from old installations were removed. All the Cessna wires are in appropriate bundles as well as the Aspen. Garmin and Insight Harness, Complete harnesses can be removed for bench checking. This was a very painstaking process, but ensures the avionics are as if in a new airframe.
